PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE POOL BY FRIDAY BEFORE CLASS START, OR YOUR POSITION WILL BE RELEASED TO A WAITING LIST.  

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY, JUNE 12. REGISTRATIONS CAN STILL BE MADE IN PERSON AT THE POOL OVER THE WEEKEND.

I understand that participation in swim lessons and related water activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or death. By signing below, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the City of Florence, the Florence Municipal Pool, its employees, instructors, lifeguards, and any affiliated parties from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise out of or relate to participation in swim lessons. I affirm that the participant listed above is in good physical condition and has no known health restrictions that would prevent full participation in the program. I agree to follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by pool staff.
