We are a non-profit (501(c)(3), all-volunteer-powered, charitable organization whose mission is to improve the lives of cats and dogs in Fremont County by working to reduce unwanted litters, educating pet owners about responsible pet ownership, and helping mitigate the cost of spay and neuter services.

Community/feral cat colonies (cats not socialized to humans) are abundant in Fremont County.  Through our TNR (trap/neuter/return) program, we ensure colonies dramatically reduce kitten births and as a result, remain generally healthy and lead a better  quality of life. Community cat colonies can benefit the community by keeping the rodent population in check.  If you are aware of community/feral cats, please contact us.
