How it Works

In our city, 3,800 sets of eyes are better than 41. If you see a pothole while you're out and about:

1. Snap a photo

2. Upload it using the Operation Pothole link

Your report goes directly to City leadership...

What Happens Next

Each report is reviewed and categorized:

• Immediate- Potholes that present a safety concern
• Batch- Potholes that can safely wait and be repaired efficiently with others

Immediate repairs are typically temporary and more costly due to limited asphalt availability. Batch repairs are completed using larger asphalt loads, making them more cost-effective and longer lasting.

What You Can Expect

•  A response within 24 business hours
• Confirmation of the pothole category
• An estimated repair timeframe
